2nd Fastest M3 with a time of 5:50

James Nisbet reports:

A good race, start was a bit sloppy but can be smoothed out a bit before bumps. I thought that we really committed on the pushes and the boat really moved.

We need to start really hitting training now as there are less two weeks till the getting on race and over 40 crews are going for 17 spaces on the river. But if nothing else we can look back proudly on this race.
